Refund & Return Policy

Domestic Refunds (USA Only)

Refunds are accepted within the United States only.
All returned items must be in their original packaging and in the exact condition received: UNUSED, UNOPENED, and UNDAMAGED.
No exceptions.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date, as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking information.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

We do not charge restocking fees on any items.


Return Fraud & Claim Integrity

To protect our business and our customers, any fraudulent or incorrect return claims will be formally challenged through Shopify, Facebook/Meta, the shipping carrier, and the buyer’s payment provider.

Examples of return fraud include, but are not limited to:

  • Returning a different item than was purchased
  • Returning a used, damaged, or opened item
  • Returning packaging that has been opened
  • Returning an empty box or container
  • Attempting a return after the 7‑day window
  • Claiming an item was not received (see shipping section)
  • Claiming an item arrived damaged without proper carrier documentation

We take claim integrity seriously and will pursue all available channels to resolve fraudulent cases.


Issues With Your Shipment

All shipments include insurance.

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly. You will need:

  • Your tracking number
  • The item description
  • The purchase amount
  • Sender information (our shop)
  • Your name and shipping address

The carrier will assist you in filing claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the item and packaging to support your claim.

While we cannot file claims on behalf of the buyer, we will gladly provide any documentation or proof needed to support your case.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Orders ship within 4 business days of purchase.

Please consider potential delays due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Holidays
  • Weekends
  • Civil unrest
  • Power outages
  • Carrier volume

Orders placed Friday–Sunday will ship on Monday. If Monday is a holiday, orders will ship on Tuesday.


International Refunds

We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges for any international orders.
No exceptions.


International Shipping Policies

For international shipments, please contact your carrier with your tracking number for any claims.

Buyers are responsible for all VAT, import fees, export fees, customs charges, tariffs, taxes, and any other fees imposed by their country or any country the package travels through.

Once the package is handed to the carrier, we have no control over:

  • Customs processing
  • Delays
  • Additional fees
  • International routing

If your package is held in customs, it is the buyer’s responsibility to resolve the issue and pay any required charges.

We do not pay VAT, customs fees, import/export fees, tariffs, taxes, or any other international charges.
